Warming up


It don't know about you, but I am already counting the days to spring.
In cold weather, I have a delicious indian recipe that is sure to help warm up from inside.


Bring water to a simmer. Add a small amount of grated ginger.
After a couple of minutes add some Kusmi Kashmir Tchai, let it infuse.
Add as much milk as water and bring to a simmer.

Sweeten to taste.

Enjoy on a cold day after a warm oil massage with a good book and a warm blanket.
